Bug Report - HE displayed when AAC is LC

Hey "Da Spoon",

Please correct me if this is not the right way to report potential bugs.

It has come to my attention that dBpowerAMP always indicates AAC files are High Efficiency [SBR], even when they are Low Complexity (LC). I'm talking about the mouse-over tool-tip.

Not a big problem now that I know it, but confusing until then...
