just thought i would share this, From my testing Aoyumi's Tuned Vorbis(aoTuV) 5.7 is as fast on low bitrate as lancers and has better quility to boot!!!

I replaced the oggenc.exe from sse2 folder with this build for testing with dbpoweramp.

the one flaw i have found is a dbpoweramp bug with stdinpipe(sp) erroring on large(2gb for example) wav files, IF converted to flac this dosnt happen.....
