split APE/MPC into tracks using cue file

i have some cd's that were ripped into a single mpc or ape files.
during the rip, a cue file was generated which provides me with the ability to see how it should be splited (or even burn it into a cd with the right seperation using some burning programs).

my q is how can split the file into mp3 tracks without burning it first and without cutting it manually. anybody knows any program that can do it?
