md to pc to cd

Hi,

Please can anyone tell me how I can put my dj mixes from mini-disk player ( large sort not portable ) onto my pc so as to copy to cd?

I have heard that phono to stero mini jack will do this but any information welcome is much appreciated into how to do it.
