To all users. We need your input.
There appears to be a software bug that causes parts of the audio player (dAP) to malfunction, depending upon the operating system you are using. In particular, the Mini and Tray remotes.
To better understand the problem we need your participation...which takes only a few seconds. We would like to know if you experience any problem with the Mini or Tray players displaying correctly when any other Window is opened. (i.e., Internet Explorer, My Music Collection).
Please try the following.
Open up dAP using only the default player skin.
Click on the "Mini" remote player.
Open up the extension slide out.
Does the slideout appear that shows the track playing?
Open up My Music Collection from the player.
Does the slideout appear that shows the track playing? Or does it disappear?
Next hover your mouse over the Tray icon in your taskbar and observe if the Tray remote player appears.
Post your results.
We would like to know if you do or don't have the problem regardless of the operating system you are using. Xoas has created a poll in the Forum under dAP Support. Just click on the link.
Please take a few minutes to us help determine the scope of this problem so that improvements can be effected to this wonderful product we all use. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Craze
I've posted here since most skins are affected using Windows '98...and for visibility.
