Problem with some OGG--Tracks number

Tracks number:
Numbers stop at 9 ,after that i do not have track numbers.
They are in the tags and show in any other player.
A setting i do not see ,for sure,.......... but need some help.

OGG
When trying to import some OGG ,player and my music just blow-up.
Can not play them from Explorer and the pop-up 'Tags' does not open.
JRiver MC import and play them ok.

The most recent i got are from this week-end.

Bonus question:
What is the use of 'User Highlight State " fonction?
