Create an ISO File

I know that this isn't the purpose of Video Converter, but I ask you this question because I've found of dbpoweramp solutions (for CDs), and I would like to know if you had to plan the creation of a software that could make iso files from movie ON DVD (f.i : like MaxX DVD Ripper Pro)?!
+If yes, I'll really apreciate that a batch function will be incorporate
