can I reduce video size?

I am considering buying, not used this yet.
I often record video on a phone at work, covering equipment issues, video length 1-10 minutes. I need to be able to reduce file size of a video for easy attachment to an email.
I currently use Bigasoft on my laptop for this, but i find it cumbersome.
Would this software allow me to reduce the sizes of videos without much loss of quality?

It would depend on what quality they are to begin with.

What is the video quality you generally record, and have you tried the trial version to assess if it meets your requirements for reducing file size while maintaining acceptable quality?
