Video Converter not synching Audio correctly

I recently tried video Converter after purchasing it a few months ago and it consistently stuffs up the audio/video synch.

The audio is lagging the video after conversion, about .15sec.

The software is useless to me unless I can remedy this. I have been converting from mpg2 files which I have a bucktload of that need converting to varying mp4 configurations but the problem consistently occurs.

I would appreciate if anyone can help?
