    improvements: fade in/out, image export

    Hello,

recently I purachsed the dbPoweramp suite, because I find it still the most clean and useful tool for audio encoding. By the time adobe media encoder has started I'm already done.

For the video encoder I am only missing one thing which I realy often:
video and audio fade in/out to black or white.

    Could this be implemented?
I assume ffmpeg is used, so is there a line I could add?

Also exporting each frame as an image would be nice.

    Many greetings, himi

We will look at adding the fade at a later time.

What would you use the per frame image export for?

      Fading would be really great.

The image extractor for example, I needed for creating an image sequence in this application:
A demonstration of how to scrub through a video (JPEG sequence) with native window scrolling position (As seen on NikeResponsibility.com) - ghepting/javascript-video-scrubber

In the past I used it also to apply a photoshop image effect through batch processor and then reconvert it into a video (not efficient, but it worked).

      Thanks.
