help/standards/... for quality?

In audio mp3, you have the "standard", "extreme", "medium" infos for quality level 4, 2, 0.

But for video file, you have only 0-51 for quality but no help/infos, what is a medium, standard, good, … fit. Or 200kbps-20mbps for bitrate without such markers as well. Or a starting/default level. Or a button to reset to recommendation.

You would have to experiment on value and desired end filesize, as the settings are VBR based there is no direct map between a quality setting and file size.
