Can Topfield .REC files be converted in dBpoweramp Video Converter?

Can .REC streamed video files used in Topfield digital TV PVR's (Personal Video Recorders) be converted in dBpoweramp Video Converter? VideoLAN's VLC media player can play them as can a freeware Java based player, but it would be cool if dBpoweramp Video Converter was able to convert them to .MP4 or .AVI or something playable on a PC.
On a related topic, the "Video Converter" advertising page on the Illustrate website says: "Convert 8K, 4K and HD to mp4 (h264, h265), Windows Media Video, Webm (VP9), Apple Quicktime (mov), AVI to name a few.", only catch is it doesn't name what the others are, so perhaps a list somewhere defining which formats it can handle. Thanks.

Please upload one of your .rec files to dropbox and provide a link, I will test.

The list of decoders is shown in the Control Centre >> Codecs 'List / Options'

Sorry for the delay. I have sent you a private message containing the direct URL for a sample .REC file for you to play with. Thanks.

If you rename the file .ts they will convert, however a few errors might be reported which can be ignored.
