Try converting to the Matroska and select h264 as the encoding.

      Different Error

Error converting to Matroska (H264), 'path'
Streamcopy requested for output stream 0:1, which is fed from a complex filtergraph. Filtering and streamcopy cannot be used together.

I've got the same problem while remuxing to MKV. And I only want to remux, not to reencode!

First you have to see if you can encode, if you can then it suggests the format is not compatible for remux.

But with the previous version everything was fine, no problems.

Where can I download the previous version again?

Please upload one of the files to dropbox and PM me the link, I will have to try myself with the files you are using.

                  Re: Can't convert

You can try it with any downloaded MP4 from YouTube or any other MP4 ... Since version 1.5 it isn't possible to remux them into a MKV file ... With version 1.0 I was able to remux any MP4 into MKV ...

Can you please give me a link to 1.0?

                    Re: Can't convert

We do not have 1.0 available online.

It is the highest priority to fix this issue, R1.6 will be issued very shortly.

aac change didn't work for me either. It all works fine on my Mac though, it's just windows not working for me if that helps.
