Question regarding extended licenses

I purchased the complete suite. Then I purchased the two-year extension for both music converter and video converter. Music converter shows the four years of updates. Video converter only shows the original two years, even after applying the updated R code to it. I'd like to either get the video converter extended to four years, or a refund of the second license for video converter as I don't need the extra five machines for the same two years.
