Presets?

I'm just trying to work out the best options for converting vids for instagram. When I find some, is there a way to save them as a preset?

You would first create a new Preset in Video Converter, first dBpoweramp Control Center >> Advanced

Enable Profiles in Converter. Then convert a file and where choose the encoder, choose Create New Profile.
