    Files with the same name

    Hi.
I want to change the bitrate, but i have difficulty converting files with the same name.
When I convert a file with the same name in the same folder, the file could be renamed as:
    File - copy
    File - copy (2)
    File - copy (3)
    Please, help.

    "File - copy
    File - copy (2)
    File - copy (3)"

Those are the 3 files you are converting from?

      These names are just examples.
I have some videos that I would like to change only the bitrate, keeping the same name, format and saving in the same folder.
      The name turns red.

Red means it would be overwriting the existing, if you choose the naming option 'Existing Source Folder', if you want to create new files in the same folder, choose the option 'Edit dynamic naming' from the naming drop menu and type:

        [origpath]\[origfilename]-new

and it will create the files with -new on the end, keeping the originals.

When I click "Unique Names", the date and time appear after the file name. This way I can convert in the same folder.
