    Error converting 3GP to mp4

    Hi.

Getting the following errors when trying to convert a 3GP file on windows.

[mp4 @ 000001947fb4da80] Could not find tag for codec amr_nb in stream #1, codec not currently supported in container
[out#0/mp4 @ 000001947faab500] Could not write header (incorrect codec parameters ?): Invalid argument
[vf#0:0 @ 000001947fb0e900] Error sending frames to consumers: Invalid argument
[vf#0:0 @ 000001947fb0e900] Task finished with error code: -22 (Invalid argument)
[vf#0:0 @ 000001947fb0e900] Terminating thread with return code -22 (Invalid argument)
[out#0/mp4 @ 000001947faab500] Nothing was written into output file, because at least one of its streams received no packets.

    Any ideas?

Try the 1:1 copy option to mp4, rather than reencoding

Is that under "audio"? I've got that set to "copy 1:1 from source"

I've also tried "video - copy no encode" and I get this

[mp4 @ 000001f7f3804600] Could not find tag for codec amr_nb in stream #1, codec not currently supported in container
[out#0/mp4 @ 000001f7f378b1c0] Could not write header (incorrect codec parameters ?): Invalid argument

Yes copy no encode, it looks like the file contains video that we do not support, perhaps it is not a 3GP file?

Thanks. It's showing as a 3gp extension and is grouped with other 3gp files from the same time. Unfortunately at the moment DB won't convert any of them. Any other way you can think of?
