What should the Streams DSP effect to with "All" streams selected?

Just learned about dBpa Video Converter, as a long-time Music Converter Reference users, so quite interested and testing it out. Thank you for the 21-day trial.
I have previously created MKV videos with multiple streams, esp. Audio and Subtitle languages.

I want to now convert to smaller size .avi files, with separate subtitle files.

Should conversion to AVI, with DSP Effect Streams do this ("All" video, audio, subtitles)?
It doesn't for me, so wondering the intention of this effect, and whether there is a way to get those separate streams from MKV files.

I know some inconvenient options, like manually extracting all streams and individually converting each ... but hoping Video Converter is more clever than that.

    Thanks!

Normally do not need to bother with streams, as most videos only have one video and audio stream.

OK. Thanks for confirming. So for now Video Converter only handles one video and one audio stream, even for containers that are designed for multiple streams?

No, it will convert all streams if selected.
