AVI encoder

I've just downloaded the dbpoweramp vdeo converter.

Is the AVI Encoder set at quality 0, the highest video quality you can get when ripping a DVD to a Windows 11 PC, is this equivalent to mpeg 2 or higher. I can't see any MPEG 2 codecs in the dbpoeramp video converter menu

AVI is encoded as MPEG 4 layer 2 (h263)
