How to configure different destination path than sync path?

Hello

I would like to mirror my Lossless Music Library (.aif files) as MP3 in a separate root folder.
So far so good.

In order to update my MP3 Library in iTunes automatically when I open the application, I set the destination path in TuneFUSION to the "Automatically Add to Music" folder in my iTunes direction.
This way iTunes recognizes new files and adds them to the "Music" Folder.

The problem is, after the files are moved TuneFUSION can't sync anymore.

Is there a way to configure two different paths within TuneFUSION?
- Path 1: Sync Path
- Path 2: File destination

No because iTunes renames the folders, TF cannot guess what they would be.
