TuneFusion latest version on Mac OSx 12.6.6 can't find USB Drive

I am currently reviewing the trial and want to purchase, however, it cannot find my USB device....
It finds an TimeMachine backup, but NOT the USB drive.

    Am I doing something wrong???

    Any help appreciated.

    It will be about permissions:

macOS Catalina (or newer) introduces per program security access settings, normally OS X will ask when the program tries to access something if it should be granted permission. This security setting can also be set at a later date, click the Apple menu icon: System Preferences >> Security & Privacy >>

    Add tunefusion there

I have the same problem. The USB-C disk is not recognized as removable disk. As Local Folder i can add the drive. The solution in the link didn't work. I have tunefusion added to Full Disk Access and Files and Folders.
      I have Mac M1 with macOS 13.4.1.

      Thanks for your support.

        Thanks for the bug report.

Please make sure that the removable disk is writeable.

TuneFUSION currently ignores devices that appear to be readonly. If your USB stick was formatted with NTFS for an example, on a Windows machine, a Mac without special software won't be able to write to it.

This TuneFUSION behavior is confusing and will be changed in the next update - that is, readonly devices will be listed but trying to use one will trigger an informative error message.
