Is "Delete Destination Files (not only Tracks) no Longer Present in Source" possible?

I'm evaluating TuneFUSION and have one issue:

I've chosen the option "Sync Additional Files With Extension" and "Delete Destination Tracks no Longer Present in Source".
But TuneFUSION doesn't delete such other files than tracks no longer present in source.

I know, the option says "Tracks" but I'd like this to work also for other files and also for complete folders.
Is there a possibility to do so.

It cannot delete any extra synced files, sorry.
