Force a complete resync

I had to remove some files from the destination HDD for a boring reason, thinking it would notice that they were missing and resync them up next time I loaded TuneFusion.....seems not. Any way to force this without deleting everything and starting again for a brand new sync?

TuneFUSION >> edit sync >> Next Sync >> detect and rewrite missing files from destination
