Network Share: Long path and filenames

When I sync my FLAC files (Win11) via Network Share to another location (Win11) as mp3 files I often get the message "Last Sync Incomplete". The log says "Unable to store '\\192.168...', check disk space and access rights".
I found out that the problem occcurs when my "folder/subfolder_1/.../subfolder_n" structure together with some long filenames (classical music!) exceeds about 250 characters.
I can tame this with something like
"[origpath]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[track].[title][]" (but in my case not with "[origpath]\[MAXLENGTH]100,[track].[title][]")
but the filenames of the mp3 files then often are not very informative (like "1. Symp", "2. Symp", ...)
Is there a way to allow long path/filenames when I sync Win11 to Win11?
Thanks in advance for your answer
    Martin

Never go above 250 chars, many applications and even parts of Windows will not operate correctly with those files.
