foobar2000 Mobile Doesn't Find TuneFUSION App Instance in Win11 & Other Questions

I downloaded the TuneFUSION (TF) trial and am trying to setup a sync from my Win11 PC to foobar2000 (fb2k) on iOS. Steps I've taken so far to troubleshoot:
    • Booted into Safe Mode with Networking, as support suggested to another poster
    • Verified that phone is in the same subnet address space as the wired PC
    • Started a Wireshark capture
    • Set TF to "Add New Sync" and selected "foobar2000 mobile" and "Create" on the PC side. On fb2k iOS I've selected "Sync with TuneFUSION"
    • The phone side hangs indefinitely during the "Searching for TuneFUSION sources" process
    • One multicast packet comes into the computer from my phone's IP address to 224.0.0.251 when I start the search on iOS, but that's the only traffic I see
    How should I proceed?

Questions unrelated to the Connection Issue above:
    1. My main music library is already syncing to iOS and the Music app via other methods. My goal is to use TF to sync a different set of media files to the "foobar2000 Music Folder" and keep things totally separate. Is the connection type I'm having issues with above the best connection type to accomplish my goals? I've set up a separate connection in TF to an "FTP Server" and enabled that in fb2k and that connection set up fine and can connect to the fb2k FTP server.
    2. I'm managing the separate media library in fb2k desktop in Win11 and was hoping that TF would sync playlists from desktop to iOS as well. Based on options I saw when defining the FTP connection setup, it looks like only media file locations are supported and there's not really anything in TF that can go into fb2k and extract data, such as playlists. Is that right? I see that the TF connection does have to option to "Sync Additional Files With Extension" on the "Advanced Sync Options" page. Is my only option to somehow try to export a playlist out of fb2k desktop and put it into a directory listed in my TF sync instance and set TF to also sync .m3u files? I've already verified that I can open and use playlist files on fb2K mobile if they're in the "foobar2000 Music Folder".
