Tunefusion over Tailscale

Has anyone been able to get Tunefusion working over Tailscale or is it possible?

If able to join two networks, ie you can access the network share of the remote location, then it would work.

I use Wireguard and it works (requires ports opening and forwarding on router).

Thank you Spoon! I was under the impression that Wireguard/Tailscale make it so no ports need to be open, but I could not get it to work. Which ports need to be open? I am able to access the network share via Tailscale in foobar2000 without issue, but Tunefusion would be very useful. Thank you for help!
