Copy 1:1 ALL Selected // Why Are Some Converted to M4A?

Hello, Some of my FLAC files are being converted to M4A files. I'm imagining that's because RE- Encode Lossy is set as M4A However these are FLAC files it's converting so not sure why that would be?

Outside of this, I did choose 1:1 for everything. Regardless of logical explanation is there a way to stop this?? It is messing up my Playlist files as they mostly refer to FLAC files and then TuneFusion converts to M4A for mobile and I have 37 playlists so it would be a pain to determine the random files that were converted by crawling through folders and then editing the M3U files to match.
