Was trying to update Perfect Tunes but stuck

I was trying to update Perfect Tunes and was asked if I wanted to uninstall old version so I said yes, then it said to reinstall after restarting. I restarted and Perfect Tunes is gone and there is no installation file. I am up to date on registration but I can't find my verification email. How do I get my registration back?
