Album Art Crashes when using Scanner

When fixing cd's with missing album art i want to use the scanner to scan the album.
However, the program Album Art crash and no album art is scanned.
Please advise possible solution.

I have re-installed PerfectTUNES but get the same result.
I am using a Zenbook Model UX4251A_UM4251A
with windows 11 Home, Version 10.0.22621.Build 22621

My scanner is a Brother DCP-J1100DW-LAN with latest drivers installed

My PC have Bitdefender installed.
