Missing Artwork is not missing?

Hi....when I run Perfect Tunes it scans my library and has found 76 albums with cover art missing. But when I look at some of these albums in my iTunes library the cover art is already there and has been downloaded using iTunes?

Why is it saying Missing Art when it's clearly there?

iTunes has its own, non-standard storage system for album art, which works with iTunes only.

I have used this program in the past to batch embed iTunes art so that other systems can see the art.
