I have an unusual issue with PefectTUNES. I open the PerfectTUNES Control Center and check my FLAC library with AccurateRip. After I have looked over the results, I close the AccuratRip window. The Control Center is supposed to immediately pop up again. But lately, it has been taking several seconds, sometimes minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Get process explorer from Microsoft and have a look what happens with the accuraterip process, the systems CPU and memory when it is closed. -

I installed Process Explorer, but honestly, the application looks a little above my pay grade. The thing I noticed is that when I closed the AccurateRip window, AccurateRip.exe was still running. I guess it's just taking longer for the process to end?Comment

It might be a memory issues if large parts of memory have been paged out to disk.Comment
