How to speed up building library in Album art?

Hello,

The building of the Image Library in PerfectTunes Album art went wel as long as the library contained no more then 150 albums. However adding new albums lately causes the program to take a lot of extra time to finish. (I use a very quick HP workstation with Intel Xeon cpu E5 1650 and 32 GB Ram).
Is this normal, or how can things be done quicker?

Adding art often means the whole file is read, shuffled up for the art and rewritten, if the audio files are on a network share, this will be slow.
