De-Dup ignore different formats

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to either have De-Dup only recognise two files of the same format as duplicates, or to filter the results to eliminate matches with different formats? For example, I only want to find duplicate FLAC files, not the same track in both FLAC and MP3.
