PerfectTUNES scanning of DSF files causes large CPU usage

On macOS at least I observe that scanning of DSF files causes pegged CPU usage and is really slow per file compared to other formats - even those of similar size like 24/352. Is this normal under current design? I am on a 8-core i7 iMac with all SSD.

Once your library is scanned this does not cause too much of an issue since incrementally not that much changes but just recently had to change storage holding library so a re-scan was necessary.

    Thanks,

If the rest of your library is lossless, these do not really use much CPU to decode the files, however DSF the decoding is very cpu intensive.
