Hi

I got the following error message when trying to install the trial version of PerfectTUNES

The app failed to start because its side by side configuration....

Not sure what I need to do to resolve this.
Note: I am running System Mechanic Ultimate.

Perhaps you have only part of the install. Try deleting and redownload.
