PerfectTunes album artwork handling for Various Artists discs

I apologize if this is a dumb question and that I've missed something easy, but ...

I've recently picked up PerfectTunes and have been using it with my fairly large FLAC archive. I'm having trouble with adding artwork to multi-artist albums, such as Soundtracks or compilations. The software picks up these albums as individual tracks, (so far) requiring me to go to each track and do its artwork individually as well as editing the search string to remove the track title.

What am I doing wrong?

You have to tag these compilation albums correctly, the correct way is to add a compilation tag set to 1.
