The Windows Release Version 3.2 does not see .flac files.

The demoversion does. Is this a configuration error?

I'm using the windows ver 3.2 of PerfectTunes and it reads my .flac files just fine. Are you sure that the flac files are on a drive that the program has access to? Maybe they are on an external drive that is password protected or ????

Try to uninstall, reboot Windows then reinstall.
