Which Utility Codecs work for the Mac Verion?

I read Sounds2Good thread and the answer on how to generate tags from file names.
The answer referred in using 'Tag From Filename' utility codec which is only for the windows version??
Also I am wondering if I can tag my ripped cd's (from my own compilations) which have cd text embedded.
