Album Art not Updating in iTunes (Mac)

Running PerfectTUNES for the first time. It successfully finds all missing album artwork and "fixes" it within the app, but when I go back to iTunes, none of the missing album artwork is there.

You likely have to move all the tracks to the 'Automatically add to iTunes' folder, so they are rescanned by iTunes.
