won't find the music on my DAP

I'm running Windows 10 and plugged my DAP (Activo CT10) into my desktop USB and PerfectTunes won't find my DAP so I can find artwork for these FLAC files. How do I make it findable?

It would have to appear to the system as a normal drive letter, look in Windows Explorer to see if you can see it.
