missing ID tag meta data field

The Aurender app for the N10 lists a Conductor field for some music conducted by John Eliot Gardiner, but not others. I do not find a Conductor field in the PerfectTunes ID tag interface.

How can I add a Conductor field?

Browse by File & Folders >> select tracks to add conductor, right click on one then click 'add +'
