when right click to edit m4a tag it adds a second album art cover is it a bug?

Windows 10 keeps adding a second album art cover whenever try to delete a album art or add a album art from m4a and i'm not sure how to screenshot from desktop

Windows 10 does not add album art, however Windows Media Player or Groove Music might. Are you using either of these?

In what application are you adding/deleting album art, when the second album art is added?

Still same issue still adding a second album art cover but tagging other audio formats works fine so i guess i just used a different tag editor for m4a.
