Virus Alert for PerfectTUNES Download

Hello!

I just purchased PerfectTUNES, and I clicked on the download link in my browser. Upon completing the download, BitDefender detected a serious virus within the download. I've attached screenshots. I'm writing to report the incident and also request assistance with my purchase please.

Try to disable BitDefender temporarely while you download and install.

The real malware in this instance is Bitdefender, as it is stopping you running legitimate programs.

That's an excellent joke. But I want a refund for PerfectTUNES. Your responses are incredibly unprofessional, and I do not wish to support a company who employs such crass administrators.

You might say unprofessional, however it is the truth, not one that you perhaps want to hear. If bitdefender were to stop Microsoft Word from installing, then perhaps you would be more inclined to look at the source of the issue. Over the years there have been plenty of instances where these anti virus programs even delete Windows system files, effectively breaking Windows.

We have been in business for 20 years and never once did we supply a virus, or malware to anyone. If you disable bitdefender then PerfectTUNES will install.

As for Bitdefenfer: I bought both the dBpoweramp and Perfecttunes but Bitdefender blocked some of the files of Perfecttunes, they all ended up in their quarantine folder. From there I could easely restore the files and Perfecttunes is now running. Perfect of course.
