PerfectTUNES :: Conflict with JRiver Media Center ?

I began using JRiver Media Center just last month and am still a novice with it. Just got the dbPoweramp & PerfectTUNES combo. I haven't used either yet. Before I do, I'd like to be sure that running/using PerfectTUNES will not create a conflict with JRiver - or any interference with my use of JRiver. Thanks.
