Perfect Tunes over a network

Hi

I have all my 100k or so tunes on a linux server running Asset to various UPNP clients are the house, but the collection is a bit of a mess. Especially many MANY duplicates

I do have one windows 7 machine available (I'm an OSX and linux man) and is there anyway I can use Perfect Match to do the corrections on the songs over the network?

Yes if you have access to the music share form the Windows PC.

SMB? It's FTP at the moment but I can configure Samba if needs must
