PerfectTUNES has no online metadata lookup, however it is quite unique in that it can list all your artists and offer recommended corrections based on the list, for example:
Jay Z to Jay-Z (if was already both artists in your collection), this is not file based but artist based and corrects all the underlying files. Very powerful for cleaning up your metadata.
