PerfecTunes corrupts file

I just bought the software package for music and i am sorry to say that I am dissaponted.
The "Edit Tags" operation seems to corrupt the file. This is what happens: While it runs, the Title/Album/Track seen from Windows Explorer get erased. And after that, when trying to open from Windows Multimedia player, it won

Are affected files in OneDrive or Dropbox folders by any chance?
