Can I select multiple folders to change tags?

Right now it seems like I have to go through every subfolder individually to change album tags. is there a way to grab all the tracks in all the subfolders of a main folder?
Or is this something I should do with Batch Converter using ID Tag Update?

PerfectTUNES might help, you can change an albums tags in one change.
With dBpoweramp, select all the files (in that one folder) >> right click >> edit id tags, it is not possible to do sub folders.
