I have used PerfectTunes to identify my CD of Keith Jarret's Koeln Concert. Perfect Tunes gives me the following information:

Jarrett, Keith - Koeln Concert (44.1_16) [AccurateRip DiscIDs: 004-000D3317-0032F311-320F7E04 004-000D3272-0032F123-300F7D04 004-000D332B-0032F34D-330F7E04]

Is there any way to crosslink this information to the information on discogs about the many editions of this disc?

If you have the original CD in your hands, you should be able to type the UPC code into discogs to search for the disc.
