PerfectTUNES still shows errors after Accurate Re Rip

I've been re ripping my CD's that have errors after an AccurateRip scan. Many, but not all, titles still show the same errors even though I re ripped the CD and deleted the old files. This is with the re rip showing "Accurate" for the new rips of the files that contain errors (according to PerfectTunes). What am I doing wrong?

Not all discs can be checked with PerfectTUNES AccurateRip after the rip. (is todo with the lead in)

Use CUETools - although if you haven't kept the Track 1 pregap in a CUE sheet then you'll likely still have some that don't match/verify with AccurateRip.
